Segue from Work Walks

After Joan and I bonded a bit during walks together at work I had courage to try the next step. I didn’t know it yet she was slapping the cakes on me at Brother International (work). At the time (1998) I was helping my cousin Lorene run the family business. I worked part time at Brother. I came in just before 10am each morning. Joan would take her morning break walk and for the most part I would see her. I got up the nerve to ask if I could walk with her. She said yes. At one point I said can I take pictures. She said yes. Then I asked if I could call her. She said yes and gave me a Reverend Joan business card. In short order we had our first official date. She was living in Anaheim near where I grew up. For our first date I picked Nutwood Park in Anaheim. I brought Mr. Bunny Rabbit with me. Joan wore tight shorts. Therefore I learned she was game to wear tight clothing. So in the end Joan started us off with tight clothes. Eventually I determined that this could be a once in a lifetime opportunity. We have already addressed the: Book of Shorts and the KT Boundary.

Segue to Modeling

Looking back at the photos Joan had to have modeling experience. She readily accepted swimsuit modeling and what goes with it. Most of the photos we took are either swimsuits, around town, and capture the memory. She made a great swimsuit model. I would by swimsuits from Lands End. I could have at least one new swimsuit each weekend. One of the rooms in my apartment went vacant for a bit. We used it as a photography studio.
